  • If I accidentally record my session with the wrong gantry position setting, where can I find the default empty room SSP vector for the correct gantry position for use in SSP?
    • You can find the default 'upright' empty room SSP vectors at /net/sinuhe/opt/neuromag/ssp/online_upright.fif. This applies to the Pittsburgh site only. (Erika 17:17, May 29, 2007 (EST))
  • I was wondering if it's possible to run maxfilter in data acquired in different sessions (for the same subject), but not run the SSS algorithm. In other words, I just want to align the head position for all the sessions, without further modifications to the data. I saw the -nosss option, but the description wasn't that clear (as usual).
